Communicate
Communication with the customer, reconciliation with the way the work is done, examination of needs and desires
Offer and agreement
Comprehensive and specific proposal regarding the project including cost, schedule, and project details and negotiation with the client
Project execution
Once all the steps have been determined, we get to work! We do the work carefully and stay in touch with the customer and keep them informed of the progress of the work.
Delivery and feedback
We hand over the project to the client and ask them for their feedback. I will use their feedback to improve future work.
